Dear Mr. Watson,

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how fantastic our staff Meet and Greet was recently.  We ordered food for the occasion from Fanfares and it was delicious. The staff was really impressed. Not only was the food delicious, but Charisse took the initiative to look up our school colors to use for table linens. Wow!  I'd like to conclude that anytime we would have a need for your services, we would not hesitate to call upon you again.
